Isis Smalls is the former Miss Houston 2014, the Amazon Bestselling Author of Beauty in the Making, and one of Huffington Post’s Top 20 Young Movers and Shakers.

As a National Empowerment Speaker, Isis has been an uncommon inspiration and a refreshing source of encouragement to tens of thousands of people around the country.

When she is not speaking, she’s singing! Isis performs the National Anthem for professional sports teams like the Houston Rockets and the Houston Astros.

Prior to becoming a speaker and author, Isis was a dedicated 6th grade teacher, a championship volleyball coach, and a double record-breaking volleyball player at the University of Chicago.

Even while working full-time in the commercial real estate industry, she still remains passionate about helping young women unlock, unleash, and reach their fullest potential.

She has reached over 7,000 girls as a Youth Empowerment Speaker around the country and hopes to reach more with her Amazon Bestselling book, Beauty in the Making: Learning to Radiate from the Inside Out.
